Job summary: The ideal candidate for this position should be strategically data-driven or have expertise in cutting-edge, emerging advertising platforms. In particular, the new faculty member should have an impressive background in one of the following areas representing emerging sectors of the industry:
Data Analytics & Insights: Experience with analyzing traditional research and data collection (1st, 2nd and 3rd party). Ability to develop effective strategies for integrated campaigns that include data management platforms (DMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs) and behavioral data asset collection/reporting.
Future of Data inside Retail Advertising: From knowing a consumer's online purchase data to web browsing cookies to mobile location details, Retail advertising is more competitive than it has ever been before. Emerging media in this area is growing quickly and providing critical advantages for brands in an e-commerce world.
Consumer Online Experience: Experience helping brands understand media and communication trends through the lens of a user. Can translate new media's technology-driven, consumer-based insights and showcase how online and offline work together.
