Acxiom is in need of a Media Planner & Data Sales Strategist in New York to focus on supporting the demand needs of Agency and Strategic Accounts. Candidate must have experience with supporting Ad Sales teams within a digital advertising environment, as well as working directly with agencies brand clients & channel partners on advertising and marketing programs. The ideal candidate is well versed in digital ad tech products and understands the differences between various platforms and products. This candidate will drive revenue strategy & ideas for strategic accounts, will own developing audience segmentation concepts and plans and leverage Acxiom's SAAS product set to assist our agency partner plan and launch Acxiom targeted campaigns.
What you will do:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the agency's business / brand, the consumer journey, and the marketplace to identify meaningful insights
Master and teach the use of the Acxiom technology suite of products
Supervision of workflow, campaign tracking, pipeline and reporting
Participate in the writing of presentations
Present work to internal and external constituents
Act as primary point of contact with clients for day-to-day work
Act as an agency liaison to other groups at Acxiom, particularly the Acxiom sales and product teams
Display application of media knowledge to address media and business challenges
Meet with media representatives to evaluate opportunities
Write POV’s and client facing communication
What you will need:
A minimum of 1 - 2 years of digital sales planning or agency media planning experience
Positive attitude and team player
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Strong presentation skills required
Ability to move projects through the funnel to completion
Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT
